susan jI went and there was no key in the lock box. I had to be on the phone with U-Haul customer service for an hour trying to figure out the problem. They were helpful getting me rescheduled for the next morning. The key was in the lock box the next morning. When I dropped the truck off the next day there was not any decent parking for the truck I used. I ended up parking it in the car parking stall. And it fell like it was in the way but there was no other place for parking it.
