Very frustrating that I had to go to two other uhauls before this one. 1st one in Pleasant Grove, rear light didn't work and smelt like rotting meat. 2nd one in Orem at a car dealership was by appointment only. Cant self check out a trailer. Still haven't received my $50 from the in stock or get $50. Had a tire throw the tread on our travel, roadside assistance was great!

Their paperwork and emails were very thorough, along with all their extra communication. The U-Haul van that we rented was incredible! I couldn’t believe how easy it was to drive!
