The whole experience was great. I went in during business hours and picked it up and returned it 24 hours later. Check in and check out was quick, professional and courteous. Definitely recommend picking up your U-Haul here.

The location was fine. The experience with the UHaul app was poor. I also originally reserved a location in American Fork, but was relocated to Orem, causing me more miles and more money. I also originally added blankets and dolly to my order. Neither of those were added at the second location.
