The locks were corroded and all stuck together so it was very difficult to enter the code. We also received the wrong code for the lock that we were instructed to try. We had to call support and wait for the correct code.

The location was fine. It is a Lutheran Charitable organization. But it is a church parking lot, where I was told to "just park in front of a gray shipping container" and leave the keys in an "UNLOCKED" box. The location was clean and inviting in that it is in the middle of a church parking lot. There was no one there to be helpful. Zero confidence that the truck will be there when you go to pick it up. I have never worked with U-Haul and will never do it again.
