I would only recommend this location to anyone after the store takes time to navigate through the newness of being a Uhaul dealer. I'll probably sit in the store for at least 45 minutes working through his issues on the computer with him, which in part or not all his fault of course. The fact that he gave me the key to the truck before the payment was even processed was a little odd. I had flown from Oklahoma to Florida to empty out of storage building for a friend of mine and bring all of his belongings to Oklahoma. I agreed to pulling back a small 5 x 8 trailer. I had rented a U-Haul with my brother in the last six months and watched two women who are running a Uhaul store in Oklahoma do it the right way. Those two women followed SOP's, they hooked up the trailer. They checked all the lights and did everything. The way Uhaul probably trained them to do it. I really had no idea if my lights even worked on the brakes because I can't operate the brake pedal in the truck and run back to the back of the trailer to see if they are working lol. All in all the man that ran the gas station with the Uhaul trucks. There was friendly, of course. Much friendlier than the first roadside technician that I met in my first of a couple issues with the vehicle. Of course, I alleviated one of the issues myself by being rich with common sense. It is my firm belief that these trucks should be going over very well when returned and that obviously requires some kind of knowledge outside of running a gas station and convenience store.
