I had arranged to pick up the vehicle going through the counter. I go to the gas station counter and I was told to use the app. Upon returning the vehicle I was told to close out my transaction through the app. The following day I receive a text to call U-Haul in reference to my late return! I returned the vehicle in less than two hours of acquiring it. I had completed my return through the app. I was provided a code to return the key in the lock box and also uploaded the picture of the mileage and fuel gauge. I call and sit on hold for over 6 minutes before speaking with someone who after I explained the details they said they would call me back but never did. I did receive e-mail of the completed receipt.

John PWas over charged. Original bill came to 66 then when a claim was submitted for the truck having low tire pressure on pick up the charge went to nearly 100
ALEC CThe location I picked up from said it was in store pickup but it was self pick up only, I spent roughly 40 minutes speaking with the help desk and spoke with three separate parties to try to get it working.
