Everyone I encountered during the rental and return was extremely helpful, including the phone support. Overall, an excellent experience with customer service. The 15 ft truck was clean, but it severely lacked maintenance. At around 60 mph, the vehicle vibrated as if the wheels were not balanced, it pulled as if it were out of alignment, and an exhaust leak was clearly noticeable. Five stars for the staff, but the company needs to pay serious attention to the safety and maintenance of their equipment.
