Need to have more than one person at sight who is able to deal with returns as well as pickups. There were three of us in line and of course to get everything properly complete it takes a little bit and most of us are tired and weary after loading, unloading or packing boxes to get ready to load. Other than that everything was really good. Truck was nice, clean and the AC worked. good going U-Haul

WILLIAM SI'm still waiting on someone to get back to me on reviewing my final invoice. I have requested twice and had no response. I asked that it be looked at and adjusted based on best rental terms and mileage charge which I was charged at the highest rate per mile and a full day charge when I returned it around noon when it was to be back by 8-9 am. I could of used the truck that day if I would of know this.
