The lock was very hard to rotate to proper letters. Perhaps if they was oiled.
Jim CWe had incredible difficulty with the app & its ability to discern our location… it took 45 minutes total on hold with various customer service reps over the phone to get that sorted out. Folks need to understand that accessing the UHaul site via online is an option when the App hits privacy snags on iOS that block the overreaching data uptakes… it would also be nice if when the vehicle is returned with MORE gas than it had when they received the vehicle, the renter is reimbursed at the current gas prices… I filled the tank and had returned the truck full… we received it at 5/8th a tank… that amounts to about $40 extra out of pocket… other than that, we had an awesome experience with this location & we will use the service again 💜
