They call me to tell me there was a problem with the truck, when the only problem was, they didn't know the combination to the lock. And instead of them contacting U-Haul for combination. They contact me, by says there is a problem with the truck not what the combination is. Making it sound like there was damage to the truck. Plus, this no credit for leaving extra gas in tank, is wrong. I was to leave it with 41 miles of gas and I ending up leaving with over 120 miles. hard to judge on such a long trip. With the costs at $1.40 plus a liter in Canada that was expensive extra to not get credit for.
