I used the app to schedule a pick up at 5 and at 2 someone at Uhaul went ahead and set up the truck pick up and ran my card without permission before I even came and picked up the truck very unprofessional and sketchy someone was running my card and completing my app agreement very stressful and made the move all that more unpleasant

Had rental of trailer for 24 hrs. Was charged for 2 day rental. Have video evidence of time of pick up and drop off, contacted Chaudhry farms twice, was told he would look into dispute but never called back either time.
Jeff STruck was parked in mud. Got soaked and pretty dirty trying to get pictures for the check in process. Grounds in general were trashy, grass not mowed.

Jhonnie GI would love it if you could provide a way to get the trailer to be lifted more easily onto the trailer hitch. I’m pretty strong and there was no way I could’ve lifted the trailer up to the ball. It might have been on a downhill slope, but it took a person standing on the back of the trailer and two people to lift it onto the hitch.
