Didn't receive contract. Gas tank was almost empty. English was not the person's first language and was very hard to understand. Very small lot, hard to maneuver to turn truck around, rough entrance/exit.

Larry SLocation was unattended during “open” hours when I arrived to pick up the trailer. There was no office on-site, just a vacant run down building. A phone number was posted but no one answered. Eventually schedulers got the site owner to contact me, in total wasting more than 30 minutes calling and waiting. Upon arrival, the owner explained he doesn’t answer his phone to avoid marketing calls! After hookup, we find that one of the turn signals did not work. I’ve never had a worse U-Haul experience.
