Had rental of trailer for 24 hrs. Was charged for 2 day rental. Have video evidence of time of pick up and drop off, contacted Chaudhry farms twice, was told he would look into dispute but never called back either time.

Truck was parked in mud. Got soaked and pretty dirty trying to get pictures for the check in process. Grounds in general were trashy, grass not mowed.

Jhonnie GI would love it if you could provide a way to get the trailer to be lifted more easily onto the trailer hitch. I’m pretty strong and there was no way I could’ve lifted the trailer up to the ball. It might have been on a downhill slope, but it took a person standing on the back of the trailer and two people to lift it onto the hitch.
Jason WRude customer service. Only available via phone call. No one was there in person. Very rude over the phone. Got stuck in the mud twice. No clear signage. The person over the phone kept harassing me and called me 11 times in the span of 20 minutes - I kept hanging up because they were rude. The lock box with the key was stuck and rusted over and I struggled to open the lock box because of this. The office is just an empty barn with no clear entry point.
