The equipment wasn't ready when I got there, employees didn't knew where it was on the lot. Took an hour before I could leave so I could not make it in time for return and had to pay for another complete day. I'm not a picky customer and I normaly don't get mad but my experience at uhaul was very bad.

The computer ststem really needs to be updated or at least proof used to accommodate various transactions/scenarios. This location us excellent and the people above average, but difficulty arise with the pymt transaction and the subsequent change in method of pymt.

I am a regular customer. I appreciate the service. The only complaint I have is the cabins in your vehicle. You need some major deodorant: it smells like awful sweat and very bad body odor. This is every time I rent a vehicle. It is disgusting. I continue to rent from UHaul and will continue doing so because the rates are reasonable and your staff are awesome. But please do something about the smell. Thanks. Richard

Express checkin and self check in should not require a 30 minute wait in line especially when it says go grab the key. So many cars parked in correctly could not get the truck out.

Horrible customer service, waited well over and hour to get the keys of the truck, one employee serving the EXPRESS check in line but THREE employees serving the regular line. No point in marking express check in when it doesnt even save time!

45 minutes to rent a van is unacceptable. Your computer systems need to be updated. The station froze twice and even the printers were poor. Location had 20 customers in line during the time it took to serve just me and I did express check-in.

Took just under 2 hours to pick up trail or despite having completed advance check in. Only one employee taking customers. There were other employees there that he asked to help. They were totally unresponsive and should be fired. Total lack of interest unapologetic jaded bunch other than Mr Myers who was doing his best under trying circumstances. Clerk at desk for quicker check in customers actually lied to me saying she would be back in a few minutes -another customer noted this lie as well. Employee Atmosphere and attitude at this location is toxic and needs management attention.

The truck was very dirty inside and not well maintained. It was very clear that the vehicle is not serviced regularly, there was only 30000 or so km on the truck buy the suspension was terrible and turning sharp corners the vehicle studdered and seized. I did not feel safe driving it and worried the item I was hauling in the back would be damaged. The express check out took almost 30min. I expected to show my ID and sign a slip but the process was not quick. There were 4 or so people working the counter but we still had a line of 10+ people waiting. Overall very dissatisfied.

One good thing about that location is that there are lots of availabilities BUT.... no customer parking. I had to move my vehicle twice when I was in line, not indicated where to park.

Longest wait, most confusing lineup and staff who argued over the location of trucks. Surely there a better system than one person with a notepad?

Service is very slow. Having staff go on their coffee break when there are customers waiting is unprofessional. If staff go on their breaks then they should be replaced. Express pick up counter was not manned which makes this service redundant. Standing in line for 40 mins is not acceptable. Once the staff member reopened the counter the service was relatively quick. Same issue with drop off, it took over 20 mins to get someone to even start the return process. This location is undermanned which is a reflection on the very poor management not the front office staff.

Waited over 1 hr in line to return vehicle. Not enough counter people to serve customers. Many customers were irate and complaining about length of wait. Overall, the environment was very angry.

The check-in time required is inefficient. Had to wait 40 mins just to speak with the persons at the counter, and I had already paid via your express check-in process. Took over 1 hour to finally leave with a trailer.

My experience at the Coventry location in Ottawa was deplorable. I was there way in advance to pick up my rental. When I got there, there was a massive lineup. The customer representative over there named John was one of the worst customer rep I've ever seen. He chit chats to everybody that passes him. He gets into useless conversations when he could just concentrate on his work. The lineup grows because he doesn't do his job. I have been renting twice at this location and twice it's been the same horrible experience and both times John was absolutely incompetent. John is useless. He does more wrong than good. He is brash when he talks to you. He gets into conversations with customer that are being dealt with another rep. Honestly he shouldn't work there. Also when we came back, the guy made me wait in line even though he could have told me that I was gonna be charged on my credit card. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anybody to rent anything there. The customer service is one of the worse that I've ever seen in my whole life.
