I rented a 12 foot trailer for one day with my credit card. I returned the trailer to the same location I picked it up at the end of the day. Employee who unhooked me said there was a big lineup inside can just leave as I paid with credit card and would receive emailed receipt. Just got receipt yesterday and they charged me 3 days rental. Going there tomorrow will use yard cameras to prove I dropped trailer same day. Very unprofessional service trailer was garbage back door barely closed and the static brakes kept on engaging while I was driving not slowing down. Will never deal with them again and will always tell everyone I come across about the garbage state if equipment and unprofessional staff.

Disappointed to hear that I could not drop off at another location in town. I’m not sure that was a legitimacy call from the rep. They just wanted trucks back for a busy Saturday which does not concern me.

Only one of three counters was staffed, so there was a lineup. The system didn't recognized an online registration that I had already performed, so all of my information had to be re-keyed at the counter. The system then required a contact person to be called prior to releasing the rental. This was not mentioned anywhere in the rental requirements on the website and several other customers were also surprised. The system also had issues processing my credit card payment. The rental agent then had to try several times to get my rental authorization to work. That said, the rental agent, John, was knowledgeable and friendly.

Because we were returning the vehicle after hours, we were told to use the online app to check the vehicle in. I downloaded the app to my phone and tried creating an account twice. When I got to the final step, after entering the verification code, it timed out. Since I was unable to create an account, I couldn't check in via the app.

The truck had food containers from the previous renter under the seat. And the transmissions had a bad hum at 30mph. But went away at 40.

I have never been out from the store in less than an hour. There was a line of 11 people and only 1 person to service us. This is a normal window of time. The employee was nice but the company need to have more than one employee at the front at all times since your so busy all the time

6 x 12 HO trailer description should indicate that a 6 foot item can not be loaded due to the narrow tail gate and ramp (under 5' wide). Wasted rental given I could not load my UTV.

The service was really good but the return and take out process was painfull due to equipment parked all over the place and not in a logical fashion. Adding a gate and only letting vehicle that are allowed in and having a clear lane with enough space to leave the area wouldn't be much better.

The company needs to be able to provide emergency services. The wheel of my auto transport was about to fall off so I exited the highway and pulled over and called road side assistance. They were unable to fix the broken wheel so I called back road-side assistance and they instructed me to drive to the nearest uhaul because I was so close that it wouldn't make sense financially to send a rescue for the truck and trailer. I ended up losing the wheel on the drive and spent the night on the side of the street of an unsafe part of Montreal.

Your website was inadequate. It is cumbersome just trying to find out who had the trailer we needed. I had to call virtually all the central to west end locations only to be told ne each of them that they never have trailers at their locations, breezehill, pinecrest, du maurier, merivale all told me one by one they never have trailers. Based on the hour we needed to get it we wanted a west end store. After all the time spent on calling one by one, we discovered we had to go to the only store with trailers ...in the far east end, there and back in rush hour traffic cross town. Not making it clear from the outset, on your website which ones do not issue or receive trailers is lazy on HQ's part. If not laziness to show this info on line, i'd say it is deceptive. Apart from inadequate info on website re trailers, your units and your staff are very helpful and knowledgible. Pick up and drop off went smoothly.

THIS PAST rental was a bad experience, i was to pick up my order at jiffy lube in gatineau. upon arrival at 3pm thursday, the equipment was not there. i called coventry rd., and was asssured that the equipment was there and that i could pick up at 7am friday morning, the equipment i confirmed at 5pm on thursday was not available to me upon my arrival and one hour later i was forced to take a 5x9' trailer instead of booking all week a 6x12'' trailer and pick up truck. Frustrated i took the 5x9' trailer i drove to cornwall, but the tractor i was picking up would not fit on board the the 5x9 all in all a complete waste of time, i returned to coventry returned the equipment and was so upset i could not speak to anyone about it. i am asking that you credit me the entire rental amount + taxes. i do lots of business with you, this time it just didn't work for me.....i lost a day and had to make other arrangements that was very costly, all i am asking is for full credit on rental charges of both the uhaul pick up truck and trailer. My costs associated to this is much higher, i am trying to reach out and be fair, Please do your part on this. Denis Smith, 613 818-0158

The service was very friendly. I was happy treated like a friend. It is a very busy location. This was my second rental experience there in two months. The staff recognized me by name. Now, that being said, the $19.95 a day rental marketing trap is really a trap. That is sooo not true.

This is no fault of the agent, but our truck was in km and had been being documented in km, so when it came to mileage calculations etc it took some sorting out to ensure that I wasn't inappropriately charged overage charges due to miles->km conversions etc.
