They did not have our reservation, truck was not cleaned and ready. Did not have requested blankets and did not care. I had to go get the truck on the lot myself, pull up to the office and I personally had to load the few blankets, dolly, and cart with no assistance. Not the standard U-Haul experience that we have had for many years. Very disappointing location.
LEROY PHad no clue on my simple questions about gas and penalty, especially since the initial location did not pick up the phone!! Improve by communicating.
STEWART HI drove a total of 30miles. Took truck out at 3/4 tank of gas, and put in 3 gallons of gas back at 3/4. Received bill and was charged for 3 gallons of gas
