We did not drop off at GR, we dropped off at Jamma Hut in Berger. It was closer an easy to get to, unfortunaly there was no personel to help with drop off (we had issues with the app taking the milage) and there was not a clear place to park/leave this 26' foot truck, so we had to park in the middle of a grass parking lot. The gravel parking spot was already full of uhaul trucks, these truck should be moved around more, as to the reason I could not pick up in my orginal request (there were no trucks). Other than all of that, the price an customer service was unbeatable.
