Great customer service

Make sure new customers know which street the entrance in on. The directions take you to the street to the right of the entrance. I will use this place again.

There was a nail in the tire of the trailer we rented. By the time I drove 30 miles on it, the tire had no air. We had to wait almost 2 hours for somone to come fix it. Not only did we not make it back in time to return the trailer, this took 2 hours out of our moving time on a day that was already stressful. The trailer needed to be check more thoroughly before renting it out.

The U-haul return call center originally directed us to Golden State Storage in Camarillo, CA, a facility that would not take either a truck above 15' or trailers. We had a 26' truck with an auto-transport and that was difficult at best to deal with a company that would not help us. We then were directed to another storage facility another 30 minutes away that took our truck and trailer and were very helpful. The call center needs much improvement as we were told be Golden State Storage that sending returned trucks to the wrong location happens every week at this location alone.

You representatives were accomodating, friendly and courteous to wait a little after closing to accept the trailer. Very nice bunch of people.

Really clean facility and the guy helping me was extremely wonderful. I can't remember his name. Awesome customer service.

Equipment was broken and I had to do repairs on the road to fix. Their connection that they setup also tore the break light wires.

When we contacted a location in Camarillo, CA for convenience (1 mile from our house) we weren't made aware that we would end-up picking-up the trailer in Oxnard, CA (approx. 10 miles from our house). Everything else was okay.

I would like to say that my overall experience was very poor. I would not recommend it to anyone, and in fact, would do the opposite. Uhaul decided to call me less than 24 hours before pickup to tell me the truck wild not be available in Santa Barbara, and that I had to go to Oxnard. This was a huge inconvenience. Then when I got to the Oxnard pickup location, the truck was nowhere to be seen. After an hour of trying to locate the truck, it was not found. Luckily there was another location in Oxnard that had one. We had to drive farther to get that one. No repayment for our problems was issued. I spent over 100 miles worth of gas which I was not related for. A terrible experience all in all.
