My bank account was charged twice for the one rental causing my account to be in the negative. Changing the way you charge your clients would help me to be a repeat customer bc everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with the customer service representative. But the charging my account twice is what will defer me from coming back and renting with uhaul again.

JOSE MWhen i get there they told me i need to take it somewhere else because they had too many trailers there! I was on a time sensitive because I had to be somewhere else 30 min later so I told them i had to leave it there. And woth attitude the girl tells me take it to the back, so I did and start to un hook it my self and she tells me to move it to the other side because they have the other one rented so I do and then she tells me to move it somewhere else!!! This is the 1st uhaul place that does not help us!!!! Worst store ever
