The location did a great job, but U-haul sucks. The amount of bullcrap involved with checking this truck out and in is insane. Taking a dozen pictures, logging everything, having the app/website not work and make you repeat steps is extremely frustrating. It didnt used to be this way. You used to make it easy on your customer and now it feels like we are paying to do your job.
