The person could not lig in to the system to close out my rental. Took 30 minutes plus to resolve
JULIUS PQuick service to checkout and when you returned
Ray SMy experience sucked. My pick up location was changed 3 times. The first with no explanation, the second due to defective equipment. I lost 7 hours of my time (WHILE ON VACATION) and $200 due to this experience. The $200 does not even include the fee for the rental.
