Reserved a trailer for moving. Got to u haul and no trailer. Apparently it wasn't returned. I know it wasn't their fault. I had a timeline to stick to. They sent me down the road further from my destination. This guy did u hauls on the side. Waited 20 mins. for him to show up to do the transaction. Wasted an hour of my time. No to mention the extra gas. Luckily I wasn't charged extra because my stuff was still not gone on time.

I did the hookup myself while the staff was taking care of customers at his store. He only came out to take a photo of the hookup and then returned back to work.
