Mobile check in was very long . U haul wasn’t ready for me it was parked so close to other u hauls on both sides I could barely get in it . Couldn’t even put the mirrors out to see to back up it was so close . It was 6:30 so no one was there to help . The seal to dolly was broken and the pads were everywhere in the back of truck instead of in the bag it comes with. Doesn’t look like it was touched after the last person who used it . However when returning it I went inside and the man there was super friendly !
