The pickup process is a nightmare. This idea we’re going to call someone to verify if someone knows I’m renting a truck and all they need to say is “yes” and that’s the end of the call is nonsense. Then waiting for them to call just to pick the U-Haul up is frustrating. If I have paid given my card and met the criteria that should be sufficient. The return process is no better. Very obnoxious.
Tanya PI have come to make every reservation with Matt now. His service is so fast and so accurate. I have thrown so many questions his way and he was right about every one of them. I do not even think twice anymore about where to rent as you can see from my numerous reservations this year.
MICHAEL KWhoever had the U-Haul before me must have hauled horses because it smelt like horse shit in the cargo area I had no other choice than to use it since I was in a time crunch but it was miserable to load and unload and made some of our belongings smell as well
