Employee was very friendly and easy to work with. Trailer had two bad tires on it. One was starting to come apart. We had a 650 plus mile trip ahead of us and I’m completely convinced the tires wouldn’t have made the trip. Road side assistance was great! They had the wheels and tires changed in a hour and a half from the time we called. Overall the experience ended well but only because we noticed the tire problem before they gave trouble on the road.
