I thought the place was good and the service was excellent. The lady in the office knew exactly what she was doing, and the gentleman that hooked up our trailer could not have been nicer. They did a great job

Never received a call to confirm my equipment and pick up time - this is after I called customer service upon reserving to make sure I’d get a confirmation call prior to pick up Additionally, I called the SW Colorado office to express this issue and was treated poorly. When using UHAUL for both product and service, and not receiving the promised service, I would expect the company to take ownership of the mistake. While on hold, the message literally said, “we keep our promise to you.”

DAVID PThe drop off was easy enough and fairly simple. I had to drop off outside of business hours, so I was unable to do the walk-through of the truck with a person. There was an incident with an unfair cleaning fee but the southern Colorado representative fixed this and walked me through what happened.
