The representative LIED!! He said the cost of my rental would be prorated if I returned the van sooner than the 5 days provided and would save me a significant amount off the outrageous $2,300 amount. I made it to my destination in two days only to be told I was lied to. I called the place in Pagosa Springs CO where I rented the can and spoke to the owner only to be told her clerk did admit to what he said but I signed the contract and that was it. Complete crooks!!

Stuart BOriginal drop off location was Del Norte Colorado was set by your online system. Your call center called and made me change drop off locations after I had already picked-up the trailer because " Del Norte was not accepting" that size of trailer. If the call center has access to that information, then should your online system also have it? I was given 2 choices of drop off that both were 1 to 1.5 hours away one way. I offered to take it to 1 site, but would do it 2 days later as it would have been close to my route to my next destination. "NOPE you would need to pay extra" This was not an error of my doing but one of your systems, Online Applications I will most likely not use UHaul again.
