Everyone at the office two gals and one gentleman were so very kind and helpful. We really appreciate them. in the truck even smelled good. They must’ve sprayed something to pick up as quick. The return was even quicker I was able to get about my day.
SCOT FEvery one was so nice and professional. Checked up on me and assisted when the return U-Haul app. was down do to technical issues on U-Hauls end. Easy drop off even though the office was closed Sat & Sun which was not communicated. Checked to see if the trailer was still at the drop-off late afternoon Sat. by the office and this morning it was moved. All went well. Thank you,

CHESNEY CJust want to say big thank you to David at the Pahrump location. We got into town a little late due to the issue I had at the Decatur location and I gave them a call to see if they were still open and they said they just closed up. I explain my situation to David and he understood that we needed to return the auto transport in order for us to unload the truck. Appreciate him helping us out, when he didn’t have too. David was very helpful and accommodating, amazing service.
