Rhonda RWell, first they helped me with finding the best pricing. It was a truck, trailer combination so they helped me with that selection. The pickup and the return of both units went great. So in retrospect, I'm thinking the real question should be "what more could anyone ask?". I could have asked them to help me lift that 1600lb machine that was in another city. The machine is here now so it would suffice to say outside of that, everything was perfect.
John MHad to wait over 40 minutes for the main U Haul computer system to start functioning. Store called HQ and they were aware of the problem. Otherwise the staff at this location was great.
Paul CIt didn’t have 3/8 of gas but everything else was great. Great customer service
