I needed help to get the key on self pick up, the lady over the phone was not very nice, I asked her name she said fast and I ask again she said she couldn’t give me, was the last person I spoke yesterday morning, don’t know if is Cassie or Passy. Very rude, not pleasant at all, I told her to work with costumer she need to be more friendly, because if I asked for her guidance she should not repeat my questions, if I knew what to do I would call for help, Uhall need to improve on costumer service.

Matt MThe truck wouldn't go over 45 without the front end shaking. Didn't go over on mileage and I have not received my refund yet for the rental fee deposit. Didn't smoke in the vehicle. Left the vehicle with no new damage.
