I did the return through the app, guys at the counter were helpful with parking & unhooking the trailer. Nice wide parking area for dropping off a trailer or a truck.

When I went to rent a trailer, the guy was too busy smoking a cigarette. Never once came out to help me hook the trailer onto my truck. I had to dig the trailer out of the snow in order to hook it to my truck. And the guy never once came out and looked at the lights didn’t help me hook up the trailer or nothing just took a picture of the hitch and that was it. I thought it was very poor service.

JEFFREY DI stood there for about 10 minutes. One guy was on the phone and did not say a word. And another walked out of the bathroom and straight on the computer. I believe his name is Larry. Never asked to help me or anything like he was above everyone. I had to say excuse me but can you tell me what I need to do with the tow dolly. Oh just leave it and back to typing on the computer.. a total jerk..
