They didnt have the equipment ready for the original day I reserved so I had to wait a few days until I could make it happen for my schedule. Then I picked up the equipment for a 2 days rental. Then the next day they were calling to see when I was going to return and if I was going to return early, because other people were calling wanting to reserve it. I did end up returning it the day before and they didnt even give me a partial refund or credit for returning early so I shouldve just held on to it instead of giving them the ability to make more money!

Don’t allow cross country rental with a 163K truck. We were worried.

VICTORIA VThe young lady was nice and very helpful but she was new and didn't know how to take the car off the trailer. She had to make multiple calls to her coworker, her boss and uhaul but we eventually figured out how to do it ourselves she showed us where to place the keys if they weren't open when we returned the truck and this was good cuz when we went to return the truck we just missed them and they were out to lunch and didn't want to wait an hour until they came back. She was horrified when we told her the story of the mess up when picking up the equipment. The only problem is since we didn't wait I got charged for the whole 4 days and lost my free day. They didn't bother to look at the reservation and adjust the balance they just ran the ticket as it was. So I paid for 4 days with the truck even though I had it for 3 days and I paid 4 days for the trailer even though I had it for 1 day. Even after multiple phone calls and being transferred from different customer service people I got nowhere and ended up overpaying for the equipment
