They were very helpful, professional in getting the process of the rental of the storage and the return of the trailer. They recommended a mover to me to help unload my trailer which actually came very quickly & will use again. Thus property is very easy access & close to town.

The gentleman at the counter was not willing to discuss my question He was like a robot and I felt like I was in a weird atmosphere. Not helpful or inviting whatsoever. Anthony was the only person willing to give any sort of friendly service!
Make sure you have the vehicle for the customer as promised at day rental. I reserved 3 weeks earlier. And when I went to get my truck. No truck. I would never use or recommend this place. They belong to the dumbass club
I was charged extra miles and I literally picked the truck up in Vero, drove to the furniture store less than 2 miles away, picked up the furniture and drove to my home in Melbourne Beach! Obviously I wasn't allotted enough mileage!!!
Door was hard to open I had to stop and get WD40 , some of the marker lights did not work! The first young kid I talked to had a bad attitude so the lady helped me with the rental,
While your trucks advertise $19.95 for one-day of local rental, I paid $53 plus $11 to refill the 5 gals of gas used. I rented a van from 8:30 am to 4 pm, drove 21 miles between Palm Bay UHaul - Palm Bay home - Sarno Landfill - Palm Bay UHaul. Next time I'll use Enterprise.
Keep the lines moving.... plus very frustrating to complete everything online but find out it meant nothing and all had to be done in person all over again.
More people working inside. It always takes a long time to get your turn to get a rental.
Nothing to improve. I had an excellent experience with everything. Customer Service was really great!. I would definitely use them again.
Service was terrible It took 40 minutes to get the truck which had been reserved online and verified in person the day before. The people kept disappearing and I had no idea what was going on. I did not get a certificate for 30 days of FREE storage.
The only negative experience I had with U-Haul is that I was not advised that I would be paying a different rate of going over 100 miles. I made my reservation online and put that I would be driving 230 miles and it still have me the rate of $127 when I returned the uhaul I was advised that I would be paying more due to going over the daily mile limit or something and ended up paying a lot more than what was expected. When your putting in the miles you will be driving on the reservation it should have stated that there would be a different rate to your trip instead of hitting you with more fees at the end.
Ensure there is someone that can help people that already have reservations. It took 20 min for someone to help me and only because I asked. There were 3 people standing 10 feet away from me and they didnâ€™t even ask if I needed help with something. Also when they finally did help me the guy took a call on his personal cell. The vehicle was very clean and ran excellent but the service was absolutely disgusting. Iâ€™ll go to a different place for my rental needs in the future.
Train the employees on better customer service.

No waiting and polite and courteous help.
I had to call the corporate offices to take a care of a mistake made by the employees over 6 months ago. They forgot to check in the appliance dolly I rented in August and I thought I got it taken care of. And there was no communication about this until I went to pick up the trailer. They said I couldnâ€™t rent anything until I get it taken care of.

Even though the customer service rep could not find the keys to the U-Haul I had rented on the mobile app he found me a similar truck. I had asked for a hand truck because I was moving heavy items it was not in the new truck as requested but they did discount my order for not having that item for me. Overall great experience with Howard and Aiden. A+ customer service.
Inform the customer how long they have rented the product for. I was not informed, and was charged extra fees.
