I had a lot of rodent droppings and wet boxes that were closer to the front. Mildew on 4 mattresses

Janie W | First ImpressionsThis facility is not the same as when I rented there before, it's just dirty, glass left sitting in the loading dock area 3-4 days, the doors to enter are broken and don't open, yet no one thought to put a note on the door, so you unload to find out you can't get in, the answer from the office was just use the front door, staff was mostly helpful, I went to the BRAND new Life storage just down the street, WOW!! what a difference, clean, 1 month free rent and an internet special...no brainer...Janet

She really understands the role of being an outstanding leader and manager. report with customer situations, and the remarkable ability to just listen to customers as they fo through these: difficult, easy, or simply those just needing extra space. And replies with each response accordingly. I must also sat i apologize fir my inconsistency of grabbing stuff here and there. And not intending to have it appear that i was abusing the kindness given. With the locks being switched out and not unlocked when scheduled. I missed a few additional opportunities. And having been here not that long. The rainy / then sunny days threw me off on scheduling times. I did have additional stuff in the locker and i would cleana it out. But i was also under impression that it was my final visit and i lose whats left. Unfortunate. And the cost ro bring here. Only to lose. And not leave i. Phoenix or sell. Is my fault and again i can only say thank tou TY. for understanding my situation here in palm bay and the infortunate twist and turns it took. But tou have helped me more than anyone in this town and i appreciate it and someday i will repay the favor. And kindness tou share with me and my family. Thak you.
