All customer service reps at this location need to be fired or do a customer service training class the manager at this location is very rude and disrespectful. Did not care about any concerns that I had or any troubles that I had with getting the U-Haul truck or even getting a storage unit the only rep that was helpful was Beth. The general manager Marcelo. Deltreste most definitely needs a training course on how to talk to customers and to have compassion and grace. Honestly, just fire him. I’ve been in customer service for 10 years. I am a supervisor for at least four years. I would never speak or disrespect. Any customer that is paying me or even if I was giving them a free service the way that I was treated today I will never tell anybody to rent from this storage unit ever.
