To be honest, I rented from this company before however this time it was a remote rental process. I’ve been charged through four different amounts on my debiit card. Causing the bank to pause the account because of possible fraud on top of it. I am being overcharged for gas when in reality I f pumped gas back to where it was originally. There was also a discrepancy on the mileage on the truck. I did take a picture, but on the picture the gas level was not 100% clear so they refuse to refund me the extra charge, but they do recognize that they were charging me one extra mile. I also have to say that Beth is a bit rude and condescending in the manner in which she conducts herself in conversation with customers. I will be submitting a dispute with my bank in regards to this charge not super happy with the service, although the truck was as expected.

Greg lLocation offered no assistance with hookup. You have to call a number then have them explain to you how to take a picture to send to them proving you hooked it up. Same with delivery. In the past i would go to other U-Haul locations that hooked up the equipment and made sure all the connections were properly done. I’m glad I went with my wife, otherwise she wouldn’t have been able to do it by herself. Customer service was sub par. I would not recommend this location ever.
