The representative was 30 minutes late and didn’t even apologize. Was nice as time went on but could have been better.

Not sure why there is a very big U-Haul station just down the road from this place. This place had maybe 5 small trailers that's it. But maybe that is something you all likes to offer people to have lots of trailers all over the place ready to go. I only chose this place because I've been at the other place and I just wanted to see what this place was like but I would recommend the other place cuz there's more variety and in case you change your mind or need something different it's right there.

DEBRA HRobbie was really a wonderful guy and so kind. I mistakenly thought my pickup time was 9am and it was actually 10am. Robbie came in a half hour early just to get me on my way. When I apologized for my error, he was kind and not the least bothered by it. In a world that has become so rude and thoughtless, he was everything that is still good and his kindness, courtesy and understanding will not be forgotten. Thank you Robbie!!!
