The person at this location, it was a storage facility, told me to just give them the key. I asked if he needed any other information but he said no. I return the truck with the same amount of gas that I started with, and this morning I received a $57 bill for gas. No one has responded to my inquiry about this. You really are not doing a good job.
JAMES EPaying for mileage AND paying for fuel is really frustrating. What I thought was going to be a $40-ish rental for 2 hours turned out to be nearly double. I will have to think twice about doing this type of rental again. I have a moving company who offered to do quick move for $75 and I should have hired them.
John ZUhal did change the size of my truck THREE x before the actual event and tried to get me to pick up vehicle from other locations which didn't work for me but ultimately they did provide me with the right size at this location.
