The woman working at the front desk was very helpful and it was an easy rental experience overall. Using the U-Haul app and checking in on the app speeds up the process a lot.
Rome OI rented from Luna at StorQuest in Palm Springs. She went out of her way to help me move my rental to StorQuest, where my storage facility was. The truck was great and the process was super streamlined. Would definitely rent a U-Haul from StorQuest again!
