The employers at the pick up centers were wonderful. I was very frustrated with uhaul because I had to drive 2 hours out of my way to pick up equipment that I rented. They should have workers to get the equipment to a convenient location for the customer! The customer should not have to pay for the gas to go 2 hours out of the way to pick up equipment! Not to mention the extra time and miles? This was very inconvenient and I would not rent from uhaul again!

JACE FTruck was not cleaned at all and only had 1/4 tank of gas. The driver's side mirror was loose and did not stay in place until I fixed it. The wiper blades need replaced. Truck jerked/shuddered when braking. This was the worst Uhaul I have ever had.
