DO NOT USE UHAUL IF YOU LIKE TO ACTUALLY GET YOUR RENTAL AFTER YOU RESERVE IT. Cannot believe what happened to me. Just terrible service in every respect!!! Reserved, paid for and was ready to take my uhaul. Got there, tried to go through the verification process and they DENIED ME! WHAT THE?!? It was literally because the address I was "moving to" was a storage unit and my license had my physical address on it. SO THEY DENIED ME!!! Makes no sense. I verified it was me. Had to go through a whole hour of talking to TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE to figure out there was literally no way for me to get this uhaul I HAD ALREADY RESERVED. Absolutely the WORST service I have ever had with a moving truck company. Will NEVER use uhaul again. Here we go BUDGET and PENSKE!!!! After wasting all this time trying to get this uhaul, had to drive another 20 minutes to a different location at a gas station where the attendant made everything fairly easy, albeit a long process, to rent a truck.

The only issue at the location was the poor guy didn't know how to return the vehicle in the system. I was there over 40 minutes trying to help the guy figure out how to process the return. There needs to be some type of instructions guide. The guy was real nice but he couldn't figure out how to do a return in system. I didn't get my receipt until the next day. Need to make sure your personnel are properly trained and have the tools they need to do their job. Again he was super nice and professional. Also I really like the fact the location is open until 900pm. Uhaul needs more locations like this with extended hours.

Megan was extremely helpful. I didn t have any paperwork given to me at the time of pickup and she was able to call UHaul and get everything handled for me. She was friendly, so competent and extremely helpful. That is so refreshing in this day and age to have such wonderful customer service. She deserves a raise.

Not only was my equipment not maintained they didnt even have what I reserved



The store (shell station) was understaffed for a Saturday and the guy didn't know how to rent out or accept trailers. After waiting for an hour, I called and a very helpful lady got me all taken care of in about a minute. Very nice and professional.

The person was helpful and said she was going to refund the $29.96 for the additional day, but I don't think she could figure out how to do it. She called support, but she still couldn't get it done. Since this location was also a convenience store, she asked if she could figure it out later because she was busy. I guess she could not get it corrected. I think this charge should be removed from my bill.

Our customer service person was very friendly and nice, but reserving online was a problematic from the beginning. I reserved a 17’ truck with an auto transport (car trailer). When we arrived there was only a 15’ truck and no auto transport. We would have had to go to another location to pick it up. I made the reservarion over 2 weeks in advance. Next time I would not reserve online, I would call the location directly.

Gave them vehicle description I was towing. Tow dolly was unuse able because it wasnt wide enough to load on. Noticed in receipt they put in wrong vehicle. Had they put in correct information. We would have known tow dolly wouldn't have worked and I wouldn't be out $44.95. I do expect a refund.
