Truck was one way - 60k plus miles - muffler engine noise was very loud in cabin. Box was clean but this truck was a beater

My reservation kept changing so I had to delay my move an hour back and I even called a day before to make sure my reservation was correct since I noticed it changed itself and had to call 3-4 times the day of the move

WILLIAM WWant someone about the deposit before swiping their card and don't call it a deposit if you plan to keep it. Was quoted $44 was charged $180!
Simone JEverything was great at this location it seems a lot safer and more professional than the other locations on the same street. Only thing negative was about the truck. It had a previous hole (damage) on seat and the app did not really have a good spot to write that down in. Other than that everything else was good.👍🏼
