No one was at the location to help instruct on how to use the trailer or do any safety checks. The check-in was done over the phone, took 30 minutes I do not recommend this location
Trevor DLocation chosen by Uhaul for drop off was 45 miles away from local Uhaul where I plugged in zip code. Your self drop off app kept glitching and kicking me out. Took four times for it to get to go through. Weak Cel service at this location did not help.
Bret SI was in a rural area and needed a trailer for an industrial job. TMG was literally 10 minutes away from me when I discovered the need. The young man there was friendly, professional and a pleasure to meet. I could not be more pleases with this experience. Anything UHAUL can do to increase their relationship with this young man would be beneficial to the company.
