Sending me an hour away from the original pickup location in Montrose was unacceptable. It caused me to miss my daughter's middle school graduation, and furthermore caused a delay in the closing of the sale of our house. I was only reimbursed $50 for the inconvenience which barely covered the gas for the unplanned drive from Paonia to Montrose. Where's my reimbursement for the use of my personal vehicle and gas? Unbelievable!
