Using the phone to get the truck when the location was closed was a nightmare. I am not a young person and was doing it all on my laptop. I do not do email on my iPhone. I could not get it on my phone! I called for support 3 times. It took the third person to actually help me. She was great. The first two were not helpful at all. All in all it took 2 hours just to get through the process so we could actually drive away with the truck. I will not recommend UHaul again for that reason. I just wanted to work it out with my local Farnsworth, but was told UHaul frowns on that.

not there when we dropped off but they clearly do not keep track of what is on their lot as it took my soon returning and taking a picture showing the trailer returned in order to close the contract. t jc

"regional supervisor" ("Druina" can't make out her name because she slurred it every time I asked) 303-922-8914 --- she was horrible. Stated it was a city and federal crime for me to drop off my rental as stated and agreed to on my contract. Wanted me to drive to another location 1 hour away (out of my way) to drop off to another location and then I'd have to drive 1 hour back in the original direction I was traveling. I would have lost two hour and missed my flight. The Uhaul rep at the 888 number was unprofessional on every level and said that I (the customer) must abide by her changes and that she ZERO tolerance for me to drop off at the location agreed to on my contract. She said she called and left me a voice message (which I did not receive). She repeatedly told me I will not drop off the 4'x8' cargo trailer at the agreed to location and threatened to charge me if I did. I told her it was horse@#$t that I was being forced to drive 2 hours and miss my flight because of her lack of logistical acumen. I have used Uhaul in the past and if I had a 'single' reason to never use uhaul again it was this rude, unprofessional bully of a uhaul representative that denied me speaking to her manager and was forcing me to do what she said or she would charge me. I was with a friend and she was on my speaker phone when all of this unbelievable unprofessional behavior went down. I told her I would write a review and tell the nation and my 2 million followers on social media what a despicable experience I received from her - she said " oh now you're threatening me" I said "not in any way - this is a review and reviews are powerful and damaging and you have treated me with absolute disrespect and dignity as a human and customer and I will not be bullied by you." She was horrible. She told me I could make that drive to the Delta location and that she would give me $15 for my troubles. I declined!! I contacted the Paonia dealer where I was to drop off the trailer (as signed and agreed to on my contract). Her name is Pat. She was lovely and as polite as could be and said she would help me in any way she could and accepted my rented cargo trailer. I told her I had a terrible experience with the lady above and Pat apologized. I loath my experience at Uhaul and the woman in reference above. I cannot believe any company would be so aggressive, uncouth and essentially threatened me with additional costs if I did not do what she said. I am requesting this message reach the highest management please. Respectfully ad sincerely, SD

Both locations were fine as well as everything else. BUT the brake pedal and gas pedal are too close together. A couple of times I hit them both at the same time coming close to running into the car in front of me at stop signs. While I know the trucks are made that way, it would be a good idea to warn customers of that. After a couple of times I learned to move my foot further over when using the break, after that I was fine.

Fantastic all the way around. Thanks!

The service was very friendly and the truck was clean and ran very well. I would use this location again.
