The Farnsworth family are Paonia locals who are well-respected and for good reason. Their customer service is excellent and they are kind, friendly folks.
Janet R.I have rented from this location many times. Always been great service. One comment I would like to make is more on the corporate level than the local store. I noticed a second Uhaul location pop up last week that is only about a mile from this location. This is in addition to the other one in the town 10 minutes away in Hotchkiss. We are a small town of only 1400 people, and the neighboring town is small too. Surprised to think there would be enough business to share between the three Uhaul locations. Three close by in a big city with large populations might make sense, but seems you are making it hard on small businesses in small towns by allowing so many outlets. Just a thought I had. Thank you for consistently delivering a quality service and product. I have rented Uhauls many, many times in my life.
