This location was great. The big problem was that my reservation was for one location (which I checked in with 2 days prior to ensure my equipment would be there and told it would be) and I ended up having to drive 3.5 hours round trip to pick up the equipment somewhere else because they didn’t have the equipment they said they would. If I had know there would be no equipment at my location, I would have made other plans. U-Haul does not care about the customer. When I called about this, I was simple told “sorry, that’s how it is”. Absolutely frustrating!
