It's was extremely hard to rent the truck using the app. It asks to take a selfie and picture of the ID. Selfie was easy and scanning the back was even easier but scanning the front of the ID didn't work at all. On top of that I had to provided my info another person's name and phone number then a 3rd person's name and phone number so they can call and verify i was real. If I went alone I would have been screwed because I don't know many people that would take a call from haul and answer questions. It took me 45 min to start the process till I got the code to open the lock and get they key for the truck. If time wasn't an issue I definitely would go to a store that's open and have a real person do the rental for you instead of the app that barely worked. Then they even tried to charge me an extra and I don't know for what . I put more miles than I used to be on the safe side yet it didn't help also initially it said insurance was 30 dollars but then when I checked out it said it's only 15$ yet altogether they changed me 45. Worst rental experience i ever had.

The only have one vehicle. Thankfully, it was there when I arrived, but I could not use the mobile pick up option like I normally do. This is not my normal pick up location so when they transferred me to this location, it became very inconvenient.. There are no tiedowns in their 10 foot truck. The only thing convenient about this location is the fuel station.
