Well (1) when you talk to the main Uhaul company rep and they tell you your price and that you need certain items like a valid driver's license and or a credit/debit card then you go to their sub contractor to pick the truck up and they tell you the total is 3 times that amount is a problem. (#2) I was told by main company nothing about a deposit but I get to sub contractor and they tell me it's 100$ that I wasn't expecting.(#3) then I return the truck exactly as I was told with 9 less miles then I paid upfront for, which is wrong to begin with because who knows ahead of time how many miles they are traveling, and don't get my full deposit back. I returned it swept out, returned it with same amount of gas, no trash, on time, and 9 less miles then I thought I would need. What did I do wrong?
