Update facility totally. Clean up place as well as equipment. Trailer that was rented was filithy. It looked like it has been in Chicago for two hard salty winters. Safety cables were rusted to a point the safety clips were gone, rusted through. I carried trailer to a car wash to clean it so I wouldn’t get dirty by just touching it. Worst rental I’ve had in the past decade. U-Haul needs to push over the existing building and start all over . Once I cleaned up the trailer and lubricated the hitch it handled the haul great. Just a matter of keeping the equipment clean.
