Put a better lock on the box where the key for the truck is picked up. Lock was old, rusty and hard to turn the letters, align them and open. Had to text the 800 number for help. (calls weren't answered on Sunday) It took 53 minutes to pick up the truck. Too long outside in cold, windy weather. Maintenance issue-truck pulled to the left upon but there was no one to help-had to get on the road!!!!

This was a non manned location. Instructions were online to complete the turn in process.
DAVID JThe drive and parking area is full of potholes. Very bumpy to drive on. But we chose the location because it was closest to us and would choose it again because of its location. Just hope they work on the drive and parking lot sometime soon. we did not talk to anyone. We dropped the keys in the overnight box.
