I was over charged by like 12 dollars bill said 79 and was charged over 90

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe dirtiest rental vehicle I’ve ever been in. Dried mud and dirt all over the cab floor. I pointed it out the the owner so I wouldn’t get blamed and they acted like it wasn’t a big deal.
joshua bWhen I returned the trailer, she told me to go park it and take it off at the carwash. I am a 60 yr old female. I took it over to the carwash, took off the cables and attempted to take it off. I went back in and told her I am not able to take it off. She replied with oh yea, ok. I said you won't be able to either. She said I have a jack. Why didn't she offer that first instead of me trying to. Once i got back to the truck, I had to move the truck again and put the cables back on. She told me I only need to add one. I backed it up and she lifted it. As far as the location, yes, it was clean but although she is a pleasant person, she wasn't helpful at all as I guess her phone call was more important. But hey, they are always on the phone and that's why I never stop there to begin with. It was just more convenient for me to drop off the trailer.
