Dropped off after hours. There was no personal there. You can't hold that against them you need to give me an option for drop off after hours. That is not a fair question to the personel. Lots of room to drop off, especially since I had to take a much bigger truck than I had signed up for. This location is where I thought I was renting from based on the online reservation until I clicked submit. Then my pickup location changed.
