I was thoroughly dismayed as I found out driving in extremely cold weather that there was no heat available in the truck. I froze. They should have told me this up front

I was in a hurry and had only a few hours to secure a truck and get some moving done for my family. And Associate helped me through the Rental process quickly and my truck was comfortable, efficient and drove very well, and was extraordinarily clean. Daniel DDifficult to access trucks on narrow road with traffic. When we brought the truck back there was no place to park it. Staff at rental place was very nice however. They said they were supposed to have fewer trucks at that location to allow for parking.
