The service was great! Will was very helpful and very professional and explained everything to me, which I appreciated. The truck was clean, I did notice the that upon brake application it had a slight pull to the left and the front-end steering felt loose, but it is a rental with a 141K on it. I think with a little TLC it has many more miles of service left to go. All in all, pretty stress-free experience I will use again when I need to move! Thank you

SARAH LClean the U-Haul. I didn’t even want to use the cup holders. I put my keys in one and they came out sticky. Very gross! I don’t believe they are even checking the uhauls bc I had 2 dolly’s and moving blankets in the back of mine. I didn’t ask for those. They just got in my way with what I was moving.
