Difficult to access trucks on narrow road with traffic. When we brought the truck back there was no place to park it. Staff at rental place was very nice however. They said they were supposed to have fewer trucks at that location to allow for parking.

The service was great! Will was very helpful and very professional and explained everything to me, which I appreciated. The truck was clean, I did notice the that upon brake application it had a slight pull to the left and the front-end steering felt loose, but it is a rental with a 141K on it. I think with a little TLC it has many more miles of service left to go. All in all, pretty stress-free experience I will use again when I need to move! Thank you
