Clean the U-Haul. I didn’t even want to use the cup holders. I put my keys in one and they came out sticky. Very gross! I don’t believe they are even checking the uhauls bc I had 2 dolly’s and moving blankets in the back of mine. I didn’t ask for those. They just got in my way with what I was moving.

Danny CThe cube smart storage facility had an illuminated “open” sign in the window and there was an online Apple Maps listing that hours of operation were until 4pm. At 3pm I arrived and was instructed via the app to go inside, present a code to an employee, then get the key to the vehicle. There was no employee or other option, so I waited for a phone call from the company with another customer just as inconvenienced and confused as I was. After resolving the issue, I got stuck on another step in the app and needed to get in queue for another call. Vehicle was switched. Before any of this the GPS told me for 20 minutes that I was at the wrong location. I triple checked and finally the chat assistant told me to restart the app. I was an hour late for my appointment because of all of it. Extremely frustrating for someone who rents these 2-4 times a year.
