The location did nothing wrong, however we had to wait an extended period of time due to server issues which impacted our travel and moving dates and forced us to stay an additional night in our hotel. Additionally, a uhaul phone representative had told us that our car would be loaded on the trailer, which was not the case.

William GOne area for improvement would be the bedside manner of the gentleman assisting me. While he did set clear expectations regarding the rental and return requirements, his communication style came across as somewhat prescriptive. A more professional and customer-focused approach could help make the interaction feel more welcoming while still ensuring that important information is communicated effectively. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort to explain the rental requirements. With a slightly more polished and personable communication style, the customer experience could be even better.
