How U-Haul Reviews WorkEquipment had come damage ie ... mirror and bumper put unit was reviewed with attendant before using it. Unit functioned fine with these damaged features. Upon return inspection the attendant reinstated they were going to fix.
MICHAEL SEnsure that the reserved equipment is available at the reserved time. I wasn't able to exit the facility until an hour past my pickup time. This would also leave time to clean the equipment, as the previous user did not. Also the check engine light was on throughout my rental. While the truck didn't break down, it was a concern to see that. Although I rated them Average, this was higher than I would have rated them except for these 2 reasons: 1) The facility personnel did everything they could to work through these issues to assist me, which if they hadn't, would've cost me even more time. 2) Drop-off process was the easiest I've ever experienced at a U-Haul.
