Location is unorganized... My reservation was somehow taken by another person and My card charged several times. Location didn't know how to fix and instead of escalating, told me some bs as of the problem would fix itself. I woke to my card charged for the reservation I had to remake AND the reservation that belonged to the other person.

I have rented from you onetime in the past, as well as recently. I would not recommend U-Haul to my friends. I have had hidden charges as well. Most recently, my time was misstated on the return of the truck and so I was charged an additional day and I was not happy. I will now be using one of your competitor, for any future hauling needs.
SHARON MThe specific truck I rented had driving stability issues that felt dangerous - I was not comfortable to drive on the highway. The gear shifter also did not function correctly when putting the truck in park.

Brea DMake sure the storage space is clean before you rent it again. Make sure the trucks are good to drive the truck I had has some transmission issues that make you feel like your going to over rev and blown the engine
