No one was there even though I dropped off early during business hours… I dropped off 2 days early and not using the full amount of miles. I should get a prorated difference!

Tracy MMy pickup location was changed on me at the last minute with no notice and I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick it up. Terrible system.
Gabe Vi have posted on FB to stay clear of U-Haul rentals because Pedro's customer service lacked quite a bit.
