SCOTT HWhen we rented the car trailer, we were not shown how to operate the hoist to lower or raise the legs to stabilize the trailer. As one person, we were not strong enough to turn the crank to move the hoist (it took two of us) to raise the hitch high enough to fit on the truck ball. It needs to be greased up is my opinion so the crank can easily be operated by one person. The other fault we found with the trailer rental was there was no connection wire from the trailer to the truck to operate the lights - and no direction given from the sales person that we were going to need this connection piece to operate the lights on the trailer.
DAVID RVehicle stank of cigarettes. Dirty in cab and animal hair on the seats. I felt very ill after a day in it, because I am allergic to cigarettes. Entrance not obvious to sign out the vehicle.
