The uhaul web was not working well, but this outlet met all my needs. She was friendly and efficient and I look forward to renting there again.
ROBERT LI had reserved an appliance dolly, and when I asked for it when I picked up my trucks, I was told it wasn’t their problem and they didn’t have one and they could care less. Then they gave me some sort of story how they bought their boxes independently and would not take back any of the boxes that I brought back that hadn’t been used even though on every single Uhaul box it says 100% guaranteed buyback boxes so I’m out over $200 that you guys guaranteed me. And that this location would not give me back.
